One of the most important factors in therapy is ensuring you work with a therapist who you feel at ease with and able to speak freely without judgement.
Therefore, I offer a free, initial 20-minute call to enable us to have a chat about what is important to you and how we might be able to work together. This would be an opportunity for us to get to know each other further and for you to ask me some questions about how I work. Examples of what I might as you during this call include, your reason for seeking therapy, your hopes and expectations and key things about your current lifestyle.
I work with individuals aged 18 and over, on a one to one basis. The work can either be longer term or for a set number of sessions depending on your needs and budget.
